Vinification and aging: In 1988, the FABRE family decided to produce a special cuvee from the oldest vines of the estate. The goal is to vinify a dense and complex wine while keeping an expressive fruit. This Cuvee is produced only in the years with favourable weather conditions.
Tasting notes:
The grapes from the oldest vines of the property produce a richly structured wine. After aeration,the wine displays a large spectrum of aromas: touch of plum and truffle associated with subtle vanilla and roasted oaky. Great age-worthiness.
