Vinification and aging: In 1988, the FABRE family decided to produce a special cuvee from the oldest vines of the estate. The goal is to vinify a dense and complex wine while keeping an expressive fruit. This Cuvee is produced only in the years with favourable weather conditions.
The grapes from the oldest vines of the property produce a richly structured wine. After aeration，the wine displays a large spectrum of aromas: touch of plum and truffle associated with subtle vanilla and roasted oaky. Great age-worthiness.
